Fay University is the education outreach division of Fay Engineering Corporation. Fay Engineering has been in the business of investigating accidents for over 40 years. We’ve worked for thousands of attorneys across the USA, and handled hundreds of transportation accidents. This vast background of experience gives us special insight into the relationship between operator training and transportation laws.
Our courses are approved by state bar associations in as many as 13 states for CLE credit. More are coming each month. Fay University CLE trains you with the same information required for truck drivers and equipment operators in the transportation industry to know, but with searchable legal references to the FMCSR, DOT, OSHA and EPA Codes of Federal Regulations right alongside.
